Poor posture is the last thing that anyone thinks about when they ring their doctor for medical advise following pain for musculoskeletal back, neck, and shoulder pain. If you have ever woken up with a sudden attack of neck pain, shoulder pain, and or severe headaches even poor vision. Then this course is for you. I am sure that you will be surprised by the amount of people who are ignorant that the cause of their musculoskeletal problem is as a result of poor posture.For most people who suffer with musculoskeletal neck, shoulder or upper back pain, they fail to realize that this is as a result of long standing activities posture and poor body mechanics. These subtle shifts and changes in ones anatomy whether it being congenital or acquired can result in some muscle groups being more dominant and over worked, whilst other muscle groups become weakened and loose. Poor posture can leave a person with very painful anatomy.This course aims to identify and highlight some of the major causes of poor posture. it also aims to give a basic synopsis of different types of posture presentations. The aim is to create a conscious awareness, avoid being over reliant on opioids , and even to self manage and self treat before reaching out to your doctor.Finally it gives a summary and useful tips on how one can correct poor posture to improve strength/flexibility, and overall general health. The course is for all from children to adults who might be struggling with musculoskeletal problems
